The College of Engineering, Technology and Architecture (CETA) is now accepting applications for the Dean's List. We encourage all eligible students who have demonstrated exemplary academic performance to apply.

To qualify for the Dean's List, an applicant must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a bonafide student of the University of the Visayas - Toledo Campus, enrolled in any course offered within the CETA Department.

2. Be currently enrolled in the same curricular program pursued in the immediately preceding semester.

3. Maintain a regular load for the semester according to their enrolled curricular program.

4. Possess good moral character and not be charged with any disciplinary offense.

5. Have no grade of 5.0, Incomplete (INC), or DR (dropped) in the current semester.

6. Have no grade below 2.0 in any of the subjects currently enrolled.

7. Attain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 1.7.

Qualified students must submit their complete details and required documentation through the official application portal. Please ensure all information is accurate and verified prior to submission.

The College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture (CETA) of the University of the Visayas Toledo City Campus (UVTCC) conducted its General Orientation for first-year students on Monday, August 3, at the UVTCC Lower Campus Rooftop, marking the start of their academic endeavors.

The institution's policies, academic systems, scholarship opportunities, student services, and the right offices to contact for different issues were just a few of the many topics covered in the orientation.

Office heads, spearheaded by Mercenisa C. Piala, Campus Administrator, discussed aforementioned matters to help first-year students better understand the institution.

In her remarks, Mercenisa C. Piala, Campus Administrator, told the students, โ€œYou don't have to do this alone. Yes, weโ€™re here to support you in every step of the way. May this new semester be filled with hope, courage and blessings.โ€

Elliaquim Shealtiel Dayagdal, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science 1 student, said, โ€œIt was informative but also very overwhelming.โ€
