📋 Procedures for Enrollment:

📌Fill out the Erolment Form at the office
✅For Kindergarten, Transferees and Balik-aral
⏩Fill out enrolment form
⏩Submit to the office enrolment form with ECCD Checklist/ report card and birth certificate
⚠️Note: If walay Birth certificate please submit Baptismal Certificate or Barangay Fact of Birth
