The submission of pertinent documents to the Division Selection Sub-Committee is on February 5, 2026 and the School submission of Documents deadline is on January 30,2026.

Kindly refer to the scanned copy of the Division Memorandum 054, s. 2026 for the requirements and full details.

3Photocopy of Voters ID
4.Photocopy of TOR/ Diploma
5.Photocopy of Certificate of Training( TESDA NC2,TMC)
6.Teaching/ Industry Experience
7.LET/ PBET Rating

A. Documents must be enclosed in white long Folder and must be properly labelled using side tabs.

B.The cover of the folder shall bear the name of that applicant. School where the documents were submitted and the level and subjects where he/she intends to teach.
