Last August 16, 2025, the 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐧-𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬-𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (YES-O) proudly took part in the River Clean-Up Drive at Sitio Spur-40, Barangay Dian-ay. This meaningful activity was spearheaded by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dian-ay, headed by SK Chairman Izrah V. Drua, in celebration of 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐨 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 2025 with the theme “𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝑫𝑮𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒆𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒅.” Together with our partners — DNHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and Triskelion de Dian-ay, we united as one force to answer the call for environmental responsibility. With energy, teamwork, and dedication, we worked hand in hand to restore the river and prove that collective action from the youth truly makes a difference. 🏞✨

As an organization rooted in environmental advocacy, DNHS YES-O takes pride in joining this kind of initiative that empowers the youth to be active stewards of nature. Beyond just cleaning the riverbanks, we also strengthened the spirit of volunteerism, community involvement, and sustainable living. 💚 Every act of service, big or small, contributes to the ripple of change our planet needs. To everyone who extended their time and effort, daghang salamat! May this be a reminder that our mission for a cleaner, greener, and healthier future continues, and together, we will always rise to the challenge. 🌱🙌
