(A Partial fulfilment in the core subject Contemporary Philippine Arts from the Regions)
Contemporary Philippine Arts from the Regions (CPAR) refers to two connected ideas: a dynamic movement in Philippine art and a core subject in the Senior High School (K to 12) curriculum.
It encompasses artworks produced from the late 20th century to the present across the archipelago. Unlike classical or traditional art, contemporary art is defined by artistic pluralism, integration, and community engagement. It combines traditional practices, local materials, and modern techniques across visual arts, performing arts, literature, architecture, media, and design.
Through Art Exhibit, we showcased the creativeness and resourcefulness of our beloved Senior High School.
Congratulations!
