We are pleased to announce the full resumption of academic activities and administrative operations across all levels, effective Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Classes will resume as scheduled, and all offices will be open to the public during regular working hours.

Subject: Class Suspension and Important Reminders Due to Super Typhoon "Uwan"

TO: Faculty and Staff, Parents, Guardians & Learners.

In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 106 issued under the authority of the President, classes and office operations are suspended on November 10 and 11, due to the anticipated impact of Super Typhoon "Uwan."

Please be guided by the following reminders:

1. Learner Safety: Students are not permitted to report to school without prior written approval from their class adviser. This measure is strictly enforced to ensure their safety.

2. All teachers are encouraged to maintain communication with learners to facilitate alternative learning arrangements during the suspension.

3. Class Resumption Updates: Further announcements regarding the resumption of regular classes will follow as the situation develops.

Following the extension of class suspensions declared by Mayor Richard Jaojoco for November 6 and 7, please be advised:

1. ALL FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES AND ON-SITE OFFICE WORK ARE SUSPENDED during this period.

2. Resumption of in-person classes: Monday, November 10, 2025.

3. Learners must coordinate with their respective subject teachers for instructions on alternative learning arrangements.

4. Kindly disseminate this advisory promptly to ensure clarity to Students, Parents, Guardians, Faculty and Staff.
