The TCC Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) successfully participated in the Team Albay Youth Organization (TAYO) Paskuhan Parade of Lights 2025 on December 8, 2025, at Peñaranda Park, Legazpi City with the theme "Parade of Lights: Winter Wonderland", marching alongside volunteers from other schools and organizations across Albay province. The volunteers united as one, sharing their excitement and joy in celebrating the Christmas season and witnessing the lively decorations, music, and vibrant lights of the parade route.

Beyond participation, the RCYC volunteers were prepared and on standby, ready to respond and provide assistance in case of any emergency. The Council's active presence in this community event truly demonstrated the core Red Cross principle: Always first, always ready, always there, whether during a celebration or a time of crisis.

The Red Cross Youth Council and the First Responders of Tiwi Community College deployed volunteers to serve the community by facilitating a medical station at the Public Cemetery in Libjo, Tiwi, Albay this UNDAS 2025.

During this All Saints' Day, these dedicated volunteers showcase the spirit of volunteerism and the commitment to serve the community. By providing easy and ready access to first aid and medical assistance, they ensured a safer and more solemn time for everyone visiting their loved ones.
