It was an honor to be invited to speak to the graduating students of the University of Cebu - Banilad - College of Computer Studies. My presentation focused on Human-AI Collaboration in the workplace. As these students embark on their internships, it is crucial for them to understand how to effectively integrate and leverage AI in a professional setting. A key takeaway for them to carry into the industry is a comprehensive understanding of the ethical considerations surrounding AI utilization in the workplace.

Another milestone to share relevant ideas with our future IT Engineers. Sharing how to integrate application development and emerging technologies into academic research opens their minds to how to utilize it and even makes them realize how quick and easy it is for them to gather data through the usage of different emerging technologies. The use of these technologies is easy, but what we are struggling with right now is the accuracy of data and results; thus, ethics in the use of AI and other emerging technologies comes in.
