Jacinto Cuevas National High School successfully conducted its Parent Orientation and General PTA Assembly as part of the Opening Block Activities for School Year 2026โ2027.
The activity was led by our dynamic School Head, Maโam Sheilla P. Abdu, who warmly welcomed the parents and emphasized the vital role of parents, teachers, and the school in nurturing the holistic development and academic success of every learner. Parents were also provided with informational flyers and were oriented on important school matters, including the Three-Term Academic Calendar, Assessment System, Attendance Requirements, Learner Support, School Policies, Child Protection Policy, Anti-Bullying Policy, and School Discipline.
The orientation also served as an opportunity to introduce the teaching force of JCNHS and strengthen the partnership between home and school. Following the orientation, the General Parent-Teacher Association (GPTA) Election and the election of Homeroom PTA Officers were successfully conducted.
School Head Sheilla P. Abdu also expresses her heartfelt appreciation to Barangay Captain Ust. Haider S. Hayad for his presence during the Parent Orientation and General PTA Assembly. His unwavering support, commitment, and active involvement in school programs and activities continue to strengthen the partnership between the barangay and the school. His dedication to promoting the welfare and education of the learners of Jacinto Cuevas National High School serves as an inspiration to the entire community.
As we continue to build a supportive learning environment, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our stakeholders and partners who generously contributed during Brigada Eskwela 2026. Our sincerest thanks to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tipo- Tipo Municipality, Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Bohelebung, the Tipo-Tipo sub-station of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the 45th Infantry Battalion and 32nd Infantry Battalion, 4Ps beneficiaries, Alumni Association, Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Bohelebung Agri Fisheries Kasambuhan Association (BAFKA), private individuals especially Sir Faisal Sali and Ms. Mardilyn Arbolado, for their invaluable cash and in-kind donations and for the dedicated parents who generously shared their time, resources, and support.
