A day filled with pride, joy, and inspiration!
Tinoc Central School successfully celebrated its 14th Kindergarten Moving-Up Ceremony cm 80th Recognition Day with the theme: “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character”

Our heartfelt thanks to our dear Guest Speaker, Ms. Ursula G. Humiwat Ursula Gabz Humz , Police Master Sergeant, for sharing such a warm, meaningful, and inspiring message to our learners, parents, and teachers. She also reminded everyone—especially our young learners—the importance of reading and sharing God’s Word, highlighting Psalm 20:4 as a guide and inspiration in achieving their dreams.

We were inspired by the beautiful reminders through these acronyms:
C.H.I.L.D. – Christian life, Healer, Innocent, Love, Development
P.A.R.E.N.T.S. – Protector, Affection, Resilient, Effective, Nurturer, Trustworthy, Support
T.E.A.C.H.E.R. – Tolerant, Energetic, Accommodating, Courageous/Caregiver, Harmony, Efficient, Reliable
Indeed, it takes a community working together with love and dedication to raise a child.

Age Cutoff for Kindergarten Learners❗
For School Year 2026–2027 and beyond, as provided in the updated DepEd Order:

📌Standard Admission
👉Children must be five (5) years old on or before October 31, 2026.b

Enrollment Process❗

1. Submission of Requirements
👉Birth Certificate
👉Certificate of Completion/Attendance (required only for children with birthdays from November 1–December 31 using the ECCD option)

2. ECD Checklist Assessment (if applicable)
👉Administered by Kindergarten teachers
👉Assesses the child’s readiness for Kindergarten
👉The accomplished checklist becomes part of the learner’s permanent school records

3. School Admission Decision
👉School accepts child if they meet age eligibility or pass ECD assessment

4. Teacher Support
👉Kindergarten teachers are trained to manage and support learners with varying readiness levels

✅ Key Points
👉The October 31 age cutoff is strictly followed for standard admission.

👉Learners with November–December birthdays may still enroll if they:

👉Completed an ECCD program, or

👉Passed the ECD Checklist.

This policy ensures that no child is denied access to Kindergarten solely due to a late birthday.

Brigada Plus was successfully conducted today, Saturday, through the active support of the Kindergarten Parents, guided by Teachers Pullig S. Junia and Grace Lohhan w/ her substitute Mrs. Elvira Villase Baucas . The team cleaned the washing area, repaired the faucet, and fixed the hose and drainage system.
Mr. Ramelton Pana also continued the maintenance of the school’s water system by installing a floater bulb in the stainless water tank to automatically stop the water flow when the tank is full. He also welded a Y-connector to divide the water supply, ensuring proper distribution to the washing area, school office, classrooms and the Gabaldon Building.

🌻Today, we spent a meaningful moment with our dear co-teacher, Ma’am Divina Dulnuan, as we visited her and shared a short prayer service. Together, we lifted her to God, asking for healing, strength, and protection. We also shared love gift as a sign of our care and support. May the Lord wrap her in His loving presence and grant her renewed health. Your school family is with you, Ma’am Divina Lua-an Dulnuan —praying, hoping, and believing in your fast recovery. 🙏
