CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY
Municipality of Tinambac, Camarines Sur

In view of the continuing and further effects of the approaching Tropical Storm Ada ( ), as reported by the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (DOST-PAGASA), and considering the forecast of strong to gale-force winds, heavy rainfall, and hazardous sea conditions affecting the Bicol Region, CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS in all public and private schools in the Municipality of Tinambac are hereby SUSPENDED on:

•Friday | January 16, 2026
•Saturday | January 17, 2026

This suspension is issued as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of learners, teachers, and other school personnel.

The general public is advised to monitor official advisories from DOST-PAGASA and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO).

RESUMPTION OF CLASSES ADVISORY | MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC | JANUARY 9, 2026

Based on the latest weather assessment and upon the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC), the suspension of classes at all levels in the Municipality of Tinambac is hereby LIFTED, effective at 5 PM today. Classes will resume tomorrow, January 9, 2026.

👉 Resumption of classes in high-risk areas shall be determined by the respective school heads, taking into account local conditions, accessibility, and the safety of learners, teachers, and school personnel, in accordance with Department of Education guidelines.

📌 Schools Heads in areas still affected by unfavorable weather or unsafe conditions may suspend classes, pursuant to DepEd policies.

⚠️ Everyone is advised to remain vigilant and to observe necessary safety precautions.

Cawaynan, Tinambac, Camarines Sur– After an anticipated wait and a brief postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, Cawaynan Elementary School triumphantly held its highly successful Mr. & Ms. Elementary 2025 Coronation on November 29, 2025.

The event, a vital fundraising drive for the school, finally culminated in a spectacular evening of talent, charm, and community spirit. Students, parents, teachers, and guests gathered to celebrate the perseverance of our young contestants and the dedication of everyone involved. The postponement only heightened the excitement, proving that challenges can indeed lead to even more memorable successes.
