Gaudete Study Center, Inc. Commemorates the End of Flag Days 2026 with a Flag Retirement Ceremony on June 11, 2026
In observance of the conclusion of the 2026 National Flag Days Celebration, Gaudete Study Center, Inc. held a Flag Retirement Ceremony on June 11, 2026, one day before the celebration of Philippine Independence Day on June 12, which is a national holiday.
The ceremony began with students and faculty members paying tribute to the Philippine Flag through a solemn flag observance. Students stood proudly and rendered the proper salute as a sign of respect and gratitude to the nation and to the heroes who fought for the country’s freedom.
As part of the activity, the school conducted the dignified retirement of a worn Philippine Flag in accordance with accepted traditions and protocols. The ceremony served as an opportunity to teach students the importance of patriotism, citizenship, and respect for national symbols.
Through this meaningful event, Gaudete Study Center reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also love of country and responsible citizenship among its learners.
