Teresa District Bolsters Documentation Standards, Conducts Division Checking of Forms

Aiming to strengthen data accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in education management continues to reinforce documentation standards, Teresa District conducted intensified and comprehensive checking of school forms of all the public elementary and secondary schools at Teresa Elementary School Learning Resource Center, March 18-19.

This initiative, spearheaded by Judith U. Clarito, Public Schools District Supervisor, together with the supervision of Dr. Karl Erickson I. Ebora, Public Schools District Supervisor and Division Multigrade Focal Person, gathered all the school leaders in the district to ensure strict compliance with standardized procedures in preparing and reviewing school forms.

Dr. Ebora emphasized that the strengthened process in Teresa district not only ensures compliance but also promotes accountability among teachers and school personnel.

As the school year comes to end, Teresa district is committed to sustain regular monitoring and validation activities to uphold high standards in school documentation and reporting.

Teresa District Shines in 2026 Rizal Learning Resource Expo

Teresa District, headed by Ma'am Judith U. Clarito, Public Schools District Supervisor, earned recognition for its active participation and innovative contributions during the 2026 Rizal Learning Resource Expo held at the Ynares Event Center. The expo gathered educators, school leaders, and learning resource developers across the division to showcase contextualized instructional materials and best practices that support effective teaching and learning.

The developed Worktext of Ma'am Jan Keshamaine C. Amonelo of Teresa National High School titled Sharpening Understanding and Language Abilities through Journalism (Sulat): Worktext for Grade 8 Learners bagged awards in different categories including First Place- Balangkas ng Tagumpay: Curriculum Aligned Learning Resource, First Place- Kalidad ng Kagamitang Pampagkatuto, and Third Place- Kaagapay sa Pagtututo: Outstanding Teaching Resource.

Meanwhile, Sir Jefjef J. Domingo, Head Teacher III from the same school, was recognized for being one of the learning resource developers of story books titled Eroplanong Papel, Ang Mensahe Kay Jimmy, and Si Boro Bolerong Maloko.

Their recognitions are testaments that the district remains committed to strengthening instructional practices and supporting meaningful learning experiences for all learners.

The event served as a platform for sharing best practices and promoting teacher-developed materials across the Department of Education Schools Division of Rizal.

Teresa District Rolls out the Red Carpet for RRSPC 2026 Delegates

School billeting in Teresa District warmly welcomed the Campus Journalists, School Paper Advisers, and education leaders from SDO Laguna Province, Lucena City, Quezon Province, Imus, and General Trias for the much-anticipated 2026 Reconfigured Regional Schools Press Conference (RRSPC).

Delegations from various divisions arrived early to register and settle into their designated temporary home for one week as Teresa NHS, Teresa ES, Bagumbayan ES, Prinza ES, and Quiterio San Jose ES finalized preparations for this biggest academic event in Department of Education. Colorful banners, welcome signages, and student volunteers greeted the delegates, setting a vibrant and hospitable atmosphere.

This year’s reconfigured format aims to further strengthen journalistic competence, critical thinking, and ethical school papering among learners.

The 2026 Reconfigured RSPC stands as a celebration of talent, collaboration, and the enduring spirit of campus journalism.

Schools in Teresa District Kick-off Early Enrollment Drive

Public elementary and secondary schools in Teresa District officially opened early registration for School Tear 2026-2027, giving parents and guardians opportunities to secure slots for their children ahead of regular enrollment period.

Teaching and non-teaching personnel worked collaboratively as they opened their gates for the said activity.

Meanwhile, Public Schools District Supervisor, Judith U. Clarito, visited the schools to ensure that all the needed materials are in place and the the procedures are followed in accordance to DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2025.

Early registration is important as it will help schools to know the number of students expected for the coming academic year and plan accordingly.

The registration covers students entering Kindergarten, Grades 1,7, and 11.

United in preparations for hosting delegates of the 2026 Regional Schools Press Conference!

Schools Division Office (SDO) of Rizal intensified its preparations for the most anticipated Reconfigured Regional Schools Press Conference (RRSPC) through a coordination meeting with various technical working committees and partner schools designated as billeting and contest venues at the Learning Resource Center of Teresa Elementary School, January 20.

During the meeting, Public Schools District Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors, School Heads, and other members of the Task Group discussed program implementation, billeting arrangements, venue readiness, and safety protocols to ensure the smooth conduct of the second biggest event in the Department of Education.

Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Doris DJ. Estalilla, stated that collaboration among committees and host schools is crucial in the success of this regional event. School heads expressed their commitment to support the agreed preparations, while SDO Rizal emphasized continued coordination and monitoring as the division gears up to host delegates from across the region for the upcoming RSPC.
