𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗡̃𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞, 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔, 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Please be advised that the Office of the President has ordered the suspension of government work and classes at all levels in various areas of the country, including the Province of Pampanga, due to the continuous effects of Tropical Storm and the Habagat.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 122 issued by Malacañang, the City Government of San Fernando adopts this order and hereby:

• Suspends work in the City Government of San Fernando (office-based transactions)
• Suspends classes at all levels (both public and private schools)

However, in line with the national directive, the City Government will also implement the following:

• Continue operations in offices involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness/response, and other vital public services.
• Leave the discretion to San Fernando-based private companies on whether to suspend work based on their internal guidelines.

We would like to inform you that opening of classes has been moved from June 16 to June 22 for grade school students and June 24 for preschool students. The additional time will be used to finalize our preparations for the coming school year.

School uniform and PE uniform ordering is available at the school. Visit the school to have your child's size measurements taken.

Starting on June 2, 2026 (Tuesday) list of books will be available along with selling of text books.

The school will also be open 4 days a week from Tuesday to Friday.

We would like to recognize the achievement of one of our learners who has been keeping herself busy this summer. Francine Joy Jimenez, an incoming Grade 6 student, participated in the Mayor's Archery Cup held last May 4, 2026 in La Union. She joined the Beginner's level, shooting from a distance of 15 m, along with other children of various age levels, . She managed to perform very well in her first outing. Here are her results:

First round: 4th place
Second round: Silver
Overall standing: Silver
Olympic round: Gold

Also due to rising fuel prices, office hours will only be three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu) from 8 AM - 12 NN during this summer period.

Achievers would like to congratulate the swimmers who participated in CSDAAM (City School Division Athletic Association Meet) 2025. The contingent, consisting of learners of the school from different grade levels, made waves with impressive victories in their individual categories. Each member brought their individual strengths to the meet en route to multiple medals earned.

Here are the accomplishments of the team:

Vernice Chloe Miguel (Grade 5) - Gold (50m breast stroke, 4x50m medley relay, 100m breast stroke, 4x50m relay freestyle), Silver (100m backstroke, 50m backstroke, 50m freestyle)

Maria Shzina Hairi Bonifacio (Grade 5) -Gold (200m freestyle, 100m butterfly, 200m individual medley, medley relay, relay freestyle), Silver (50m butterfly, 50m breaststroke)

Joaquin Ezekiel Sarmiento (Grade 1) - Gold (4x50m medley relay), Bronze (100m breaststroke)

Thalia Cassandra Lagman (Grade 1) - 2 Gold, 2 Bronze

Harry Dein Lagman (Grade 2) - 3 Gold, 3 Silver

Congratulations to Karl Max Galban, a grade 3 student, for being a finisher at the Pho3nix Kids Advance Aquathlon. The event, which consists of 100m of swimming and 800m of running, was held last November 29, 2025 at New Clark City, Pampanga. He demonstrated great strength, endurance and determination to complete the event. His hard work and commitment has truly paid off. May you continue to pursue bigger and better things.
