🦷✨ Bright Smiles, Bright Futures! ✨🦷

Last July 14, 2026, our Kindergarten pupils of Barangobong Elementary School received a Dental Check-Up and Fluoride Application conducted by Dr. Dante Baloca and Sir Christopher Dolor.

This meaningful activity helped promote proper oral hygiene and encouraged our young learners to develop healthy dental habits at an early age.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Dante Baloca and Sir Christopher Dolor for sharing their time and expertise in caring for the smiles of our children.

Barangobong Elementary School sincerely extends its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Eden E. Evangelista, Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS), for her school visitation and for providing valuable Technical Assistance on the ILAW Lesson Plan Format and the enhancement of our Reading Corner.

As part of her visit, Dr. Evangelista also toured our BES Mini Forest and School Garden, recognizing the school's efforts in promoting environmental stewardship and creating a safe, learner-friendly, and engaging learning environment for our pupils.

Her guidance, insightful recommendations, and unwavering support inspire us to continuously improve our teaching practices, strengthen our literacy initiatives, and provide meaningful learning experiences for every learner.

Bilang bahagi ng pagpapatibay ng seguridad at kaayusan sa ating paaralan, ang gate ng paaralan ay mananatiling nakasara sa oras ng klase maliban sa oras ng pagpasok at pag-uwi ng mga mag-aaral.

Layunin ng hakbang na ito na:

✅ Matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani ng paaralan;

✅ Maiwasan ang pagpasok ng mga hindi awtorisadong tao sa loob ng paaralan;

✅ Mapanatili ang kaayusan at maayos na daloy ng mga tao at sasakyan;

✅ Makapagbigay ng ligtas at maayos na kapaligiran para sa pagkatuto.

Kaugnay nito, magalang naming hinihiling sa mga magulang at tagapag-alaga na matapos maihatid ang kanilang mga anak ay agad nang lumabas ng paaralan upang maiwasan ang pagsisiksikan at mapanatili ang kaayusan sa loob ng paaralan.

Ang inyong pakikiisa at kooperasyon ay mahalagang bahagi ng pagpapanatili ng isang ligtas at disiplinadong paaralan para sa lahat.

📢 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗪𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟 (𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗗) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Barangobong Elementary School successfully conducted its participation in the Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026 in support of the nationwide initiative to strengthen earthquake preparedness and disaster response among schools and communities.

The drill began with the sounding of the earthquake alarm, prompting learners, teachers, and school personnel to immediately perform the proper earthquake response procedure, "Duck, Cover, and Hold." After the simulated earthquake, participants calmly and orderly evacuated their classrooms and proceeded to the designated evacuation area while observing established safety protocols.

This activity aimed to:
✅ Increase awareness of earthquake hazards and risks;
✅ Reinforce the correct actions to take before, during, and after an earthquake;
✅ Evaluate the school's evacuation procedures and emergency response plan; and
✅ Promote a culture of preparedness, safety, and resilience among all members of the school community.

Through disaster preparedness activities, Barangobong Elementary School continues to equip learners and personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively during emergencies and natural disasters.

Starting School Year 2026–2027, the Department of Education (DepEd) has adopted a 3-Term School Calendar to provide a more balanced and organized learning schedule for all learners.

Under this new structure, the school year is divided into three academic terms, each consisting of:
📚 Opening Activities
📚 Instructional Period
📚 End-of-Term Assessments and Activities

The new calendar aims to:

✅ Strengthen learning continuity and retention
✅ Provide longer and more focused instructional time
✅ Allow timely assessment and remediation of learning gaps
✅ Support learners' holistic development and well-being
✅ Help teachers manage instruction and assessment more effectively

The 3-Term School Calendar is part of DepEd's efforts to improve the quality of education and ensure that every learner receives meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
