As a recipient of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), I am incredibly grateful for the support I have received. Beyond the allowance that helps me with my daily needs, I am also a direct beneficiary of this program. With the help of TES, my focus has shifted entirely to my studies. I no longer have to worry about the financial burden of tuition and school fees, which has given me the freedom to fully concentrate on my coursework and academic goals. This, in turn, has allowed me to dedicate all my energy to earning my degree.

Because of TES, I have also been able to actively participate in school activities and was even assigned as a school officer. The peace of mind that comes from not having to worry about school expenses has freed me up to fully dedicate myself to my studies and campus life, enabling me to excel academically and be recognized for my hard work. I have even received awards I never imagined were possible.

As long as TES exists, there is hope! Thank you, Luna Colleges and UniFAST (TES), for the four-year opportunity you have given me to achieve my diploma!

I am Ron Ron M. Bruan, a proud graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English, and now a teacher at my beloved alma mater, Luna Colleges. Looking back, the journey wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, countless challenges, and trials that tested not just my strength but also my faith and determination. However, through it all, I was blessed to be one of the grantees of the Tertiary Education Subsidy, and that support changed my life. It gave me the chance to pursue my dreams, finish my degree, and stand today as an educator who believes in the power of perseverance, faith, and purpose.

I may not have my professional license yet, but I believe that, by God’s grace and in His perfect timing, I will achieve that as well. Every day, I step into the classroom not just as a teacher but as someone who once sat in those same chairs—full of hope, ambition, and uncertainty. I teach not only from books but also from experience, resilience, and a heart that knows how far determination can take you.

To the people behind TES, thank you for changing lives. Mine is one of them.

By the grace of God, I, Kristine V. Orpiano, graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, with Latin Honors, and received the Academic Excellence Award (Gold Medal) from UniFAST.

There was a time I almost gave up because of financial struggles, but through RA 10931 (TES), I was able to continue my studies without the constant worry of tuition and other school expenses.

I proudly say that I am living proof — a product of the government’s support.

Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Grant Application is open until August 30, 2025.

Only students officially enrolled in the First Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026 are qualified to apply.

Please complete the Google Form as part of the application process, and submit your Certificate of Residency to the Scholarship Unit.

Note: Your submission of an application is not tantamount to automatic approval. All applications will be subjected to verification, screening, and approval by the CHED Central Office through UniFAST.

Disbursement of stipends is awarded by the Vice President for Academic Affairs/Dean of the Graduate School Dr. Zenaida U. Suyat together with the Scholarship Coordinator Mr. Patrick John B. Giron, OSA Coordinator Mr. Patrick Nichol Dulay, and Department Adviser Mr. Gideon Delos Santos.

UniFAST implements the 𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐔𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 (TDP) under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program, where qualified students are given P7,500 per regular semester to support the cost of their college education.

UniFAST announces a CALL FOR APPLICATION once every Academic Year. This will only open upon the availability of funds or slots for new grantees, so please exercise caution with unofficial websites and social media pages circulating links or forms for TDP applications. There is no walk-in or direct submission of TDP applications at CHED-UniFAST offices.
