"Walking around like their s**t doesn't stink."

That is one of the many sayings that triggers me to layout how it really is. Would it be of any benefit or really matter if it smelled or not? Everyone leaves a s**t and most of the time it's useless, unless of course you are a using it for fertilizer, which evidently is not the case for most city folks residing in Metro Manila. Why does this saying really have any significance in describing how one person treats another, or if that person tends to be boastful and imposes their dominance of making any indication that they are better than others? Why not just call it for what that person is instead? Self-important, self-centered, self-righteous, self-confident, over confident, snooty, scornful, cocky, contemptuous, haughty, vain, egotistic or pompous to name just a few alternatives. Do you really have to describe people or their actions with words related to f***l matter and the sense of smell? And if so, how specifically did you come about that belief and when you do use that saying, does it bring about more descriptive words about personality, attitude and behavior assessment? I presume not. It may bring about the feeling of soft ample tissue being wrapped around four of your fingers, or the foul smelling assault of ripe s**t that pierces through your snot filled nostrils as you reach over to flush, hear water crashing and see a turd club swirl around a ceramic bowl into the all consuming hole of the toilet. Save the s**t and stink for the toilet in the comfort rooms. Also save it for that land mine of a stray dog s**t pile you may have to dodge for avoidance of stepping in it and taking an aroma with you that leaves a v***r trail of odor, musky and aromatic of pungent dog s**t while getting from your point A to B. Words have meanings. Each person has different meanings when they hear or read words. Bring more meaning to them by using them correctly and timely. This tiny difference maker will certainly make a huge difference in how you interpret the world, create action, treat others and communicate effectively. See how you can learn lessons from s**t? :)

Change Begins Now - Just Do It and Thank Yourself Later

Why continue to put off important tasks, responsibilities and goals that you know full well are imperative towards your success in life? Do you really enjoy that state of panic and all the anxiety and stress that radiates throughout your body? It's easy to put things off and harder on yourself to play catch-up, admit it, procrastination is causing unnecessary burdens of regret, sadness, confusion and above all potentially heated anger towards yourself or others. Doctors have always said that "prevention is better than cure or remedy". Declare this statement to yourself today: "I must meet and welcome my hard tasks in the middle and settle for the hard. Easy is just the path of least resistance and I must not become part of that statistic. Life isn't meant to be easy. Look at mother nature and all the wonderful animals, we humans are part of it, but can control our environment, outcomes and resources to benefit living. I am in control of my destiny. I am accountable for the results I get in life. I must stop placing blame on others for my shortcomings. I must stop judging myself compared to others. I must stop allowing other peoples limitations become my own. No great accomplishments financially, physically, emotionally, spiritually and intellectually, have ever come about by not taking any actions to get what I must have and just settling for less than I'm meant to have and be. I need to succeed. I must succeed. All the resources are there for me, I must be resourceful, I must be prompt, I must be smart, I must grow through it all like nature intended. If I do not welcome the hard, opportunities and privileges will rarely revisit me or come knocking. I add value to myself by being intentional. Value is added to me by involving other people who have common shared values. My worth is not measured in numbers or dollar signs, it's not about making one million pesos, it's about giving benefits and value to one million people, it's measured by my positive influence on other people. I must share and break the 'consume-all mindset'. I must become the greatest version of me. I must make a change now. I must guarantee it, because no one else lives my life. I am me. I must become the change I wish to see."
