Schedule of Enrollment for 1st Semester SY 2025-2026
REMINDERS FOR QUALIFIED FRESHMEN AND TRANSFEREES
1. Present the original medical result at the Campus Clinic and secure the medical clearance slip.
2. Submission of documents must be enclosed in LONG BROWN ENVELOPE with your full name and course (see sample picture attached in the post)
3. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar and submit all the required documents. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
4. Once you submit all the necessary documents, your account will be activated on the schedule of your enrollment.
5. Schedule of submission of requirements for incoming freshmen is on July 7-17, 2025 and Online Enrollment is on July 21-24, 2025. For qualified transferees, submission and enrollment is on July 28-31, 2025 (face-to-face enrollment).
