PAGDIRIWANG | Dakilang Kapistahan ni San Juan Bautista

Tuwing ika-24 ng Hunyo, ipinagdiriwang ng Bayan ng Taytay ang Dakilang Kapistahan ni San Juan Bautista sa pamamagitan ng Santong Basaan sa Taytay o SaBaTa Festival. Isang makulay na tradisyong nagpapakita ng malalim na pananampalataya at makasaysayang kultura ng ating mga ninuno.

Ang pagbabasaan ay sumisimbolo sa pagbibinyag ni San Juan Bautista at nagsisilbing paalala ng pagbabagong espiritwal at kalinisan ng puso. Sa pamamagitan ng pagparada, sayawan, at masayang pagwiwisik ng tubig, pinagtitibay ng mga Taytayeño ang diwa ng pagkakaisa, debosyon, at bayanihan.

Si San Juan Bautista ay isang huwaran ng pananampalataya, katapatan, at katapangan sa pagsunod sa kalooban ng Diyos. Isang halimbawa na patuloy na nagbibigay-inspirasyon sa mga Kristiyano hanggang ngayon.

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮, malugod po namin kayong inaanyayahan na panoorin ang 𝗬𝗨𝗚𝗧𝗢: 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗔𝗯𝗶 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗔𝘆𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗔𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻. Tampok ang iba't-ibang katutubong sayaw na nagpapakita ng mga gawi, tradisyon, at pamana ng ating mga ninuno, samahan nyo po kami sa isang gabi na puno ng indak, ritmo, at ngiti.

Ang amin pong mini-concert ay gaganapin sa darating na 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭. Maguumpisa po ito sa ganap na ika-𝟳 𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗮𝗯𝗶 at gaganapin sa 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸.

Maraming salamat po sa Pamahalaang Bayan ng Taytay, sa pangunguna ni Mayor Allan De Leon sa suporta sa aming gurpo. Maging sa mga indibidwal na patuloy na nagbibigay suporta sa aming grupo sa nakalipas na isang dekada.
