9-Gold Shines in the Joint Student Assembly of Grades 7 and 9

The students of Grade 9-Gold, under the guidance and supervision of Mrs. Maebelle E. Gueta, successfully led the joint student assembly of Grades 7 and 9 on June 16, 2026.

The assembly featured two special presentations from the class that truly entertained Grade 9 and left Grade 7 in awe. The first was a heartfelt song performance that captivated students and teachers alike with its beautiful melody and meaningful message. This was followed by an energetic dance number that brought joy and excitement to the crowd.

Through their performances and active participation, the students of 9-Gold demonstrated confidence, teamwork, and school spirit.

Meanwhile, our Grade 7 students demonstrated their wit and mental agility by answering trivia questions prepared by the School Principal.

The successful conduct of the student assembly reflected the creativity, dedication, and collaborative efforts of the students, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance.

Juan Sumulong Memorial Junior College proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of three groups of Senior High School student researchers who have successfully qualified for Paper Presentation at the prestigious 8th DLSU Senior High School Research Congress.

This accomplishment is more than just a recognition—it is a testament to the students' ability to conduct rigorous research, think critically, communicate scholarly findings, and contribute meaningful knowledge beyond the classroom. Being selected to present their research among participants from various schools signifies that their work has met high academic standards and has been deemed worthy of scholarly discussion on a larger platform and publication on the De La Salle University Animo Repository where other researchers can source these studies as part of future research in the same field.
