A passionate advocate of quality education through Technical and Vocational Education, Dr. Francisco has dedicated his career to empowering learners through skills development and educational excellence. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management from the University of Rizal System–Morong (2025), Master of Arts in Teaching major in Food Technology from Marikina Polytechnic College (2020), and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood Education from the University of Rizal System–Taytay (2013).
Currently serving at the Department of Education – Central Office as a Senior Education Program Specialist for TVL/Tech-Pro, Dr. Francisco continues to inspire and contribute to the advancement of education and lifelong learning.

-At least six (6) months of relevant experience
-With eligibility is an advantage

Job Description:
-Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners to ensure smooth and efficient operations
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
-Responding promptly to service issues and requests
-Providing technical support across the university
-Setting up accounts for new users
-Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
-Other duties as assigned

Today, we join the nation in remembering the EDSA People Power Revolution. In February 1986, millions of Filipinos gathered along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) for a historic and peaceful demonstration. This movement restored democracy in the Philippines and showcased the incredible power of unity and non-violent resistance.

We honor the bravery of those who stood their ground for freedom and celebrate the enduring spirit of the Filipino people.
