REMINDERS TO ALL DENTAL PATIENTS na mag Papa bunot ng Ngipin sa ating gaganapin na Dental Mission

🦷 Bago Magpabunot ng Ngipin – Paalala!!!

🥰 Para sa mga Pasyente

👉 Kumain ng magaan at masustansyang pagkain bago magpabunot.
👉 Inumin ang iyong maintenance na gamot (para sa altapresyon, diabetes, atbp.) maliban kung may ibang bilin ang iyong doktor.
👉 Dalhin ang iyong gamot at medical record kung mayroon.
👉 Ipaalam sa dentista kung ikaw ay may:
☑ Altapresyon
☑ Diabetes
☑ Sakit sa puso
☑ Allergy sa gamot
☑ Problema sa pagdurugo
☑ Buntis
☑ o may naging karamdaman o sakit bago ang araw ng bunutan

👉 Iwasan ang alak at paninigarilyo bago ang procedure.
👉 Magsuot ng komportableng damit at itali ang mahabang buhok.
👉 Magdala ng kasama kung ikaw ay matanda o bata na wala pa sa wastong edan na 18.
👉 Magpahinga nang mabuti bago ang araw ng dental mission, dapat ay may sapat na tulog.
