Taysan MPC was organized sometime in 1990.

At first it was registered as Taysan Credit Cooperative at the Bureau of Cooperative under the Department of Agriculture. On the same year, Cooperative Development Authority wa created. And on November 23, 1990, Taysan Multi-Purpose Cooperative was registered at Cooperative Development Authority. It started with 26 members only with a membership fee of P25.00. It was registered with P276,000.00 pa

id-up capital, P1,104,000.00 subscribed capital and P4,416,000.00 authorized capital. The first service that was rendered to members wa only credit then was engaged in Hog Fattening project, Appliance and Salary Loan.
