The School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) for Term 1 was successfully conducted at Ilaya-Tayasan Elementary School with the active presence and participation of the Barangay Officials and the PTA President. The complete attendance of the Barangay Officials demonstrated their strong support, commitment, and partnership in promoting the continuous improvement of the school. The activity provided an opportunity to present and discuss the school’s accomplishments, programs, challenges, and areas for improvement for the first term. The participation of the barangay officials and the PTA President further strengthened the collaboration among the school, parents, and community stakeholders in ensuring that the needs and welfare of the learners remain a shared priority.

Ilaya-Tayasan Elementary School successfully conducted its General PTA Meeting, Signing of Cards, and Portfolio Day, with the active participation of brgy. Officials, parents, teachers, and learners. The activity provided an opportunity to discuss important school matters, strengthen the partnership between the school and parents, and update parents on the academic progress and accomplishments of their children through the presentation and signing of report cards and portfolios. The activity was also monitored by the Tayasan District 1 Supervisor, Mr. Paul Jonas Sibala, whose presence and guidance contributed to the smooth and meaningful conduct of the activity. The event highlighted the school’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and shared responsibility in supporting the holistic development and academic success of every learner.

There is really Fun!
The successful conduct of the activity was made possible through the strong cooperation and support of the barangay officials, PTA officials, parents, and the faculty and staff of Ilaya-Tayasan Elementary School. Their collective efforts in ensuring the safety, preparation, supervision, and overall success of the encampment demonstrated the importance of community partnership in providing meaningful learning experiences for learners.
The Joint BSP and GSP Encampment was more than just a camping activity. It became a venue where learners developed leadership, teamwork, discipline, courage, responsibility, friendship, and self-confidence. It provided them with valuable experiences that they can carry beyond the school grounds. Indeed, the successful encampment strengthened the spirit of scouting and fostered a stronger partnership among the school, parents, and the community.

Isinagawa ng Ilaya-Tayasan Elementary School ang isang makabuluhang Two-in-One Activity na pinagsama ang Panunumpa sa Tungkulin ng mga Bagong Halal na Opisyal ng PTA, Seremonya ng Pormal na Paglilipat ng Pananagutan, at ang Culmination ng Buwan ng Wika 2026. Sa seremonya, pormal na nanumpa ang mga bagong halal na opisyal ng PTA bilang pagpapakita ng kanilang kahandaan at katapatan sa paglilingkod sa mga mag-aaral, g**o, magulang, at buong komunidad ng paaralan. Isinagawa rin ang maayos na paglilipat ng mga responsibilidad mula sa mga dating opisyal patungo sa mga bagong halal na lider upang matiyak ang pagpapatuloy ng mga programa at gawain ng PTA. Kasabay nito, masiglang ipinagdiwang ang Culmination ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 na naglalayong palawakin ang pagpapahalaga at pagmamahal ng mga mag-aaral sa wikang Filipino, kultura, at mga tradisyon ng ating bansa. Sa pamamagitan ng pagsasama-sama ng mga gawaing ito, naging makabuluhan ang pagdiriwang bilang pagpapakita ng pagkakaisa, pakikipagtulungan, pagmamahal sa bayan, at aktibong pakikilahok ng paaralan, mga magulang, at komunidad.

Ilaya-Tayasan Elementary School joyfully celebrated Nutrition Month 2026 through meaningful activities that promoted healthy eating, proper nutrition, and active community participation. Parents, teachers, learners, and school personnel worked hand in hand in preparing and cooking nutritious meals using fresh vegetables, fruits, and other locally available ingredients. Learners also participated in food preparation activities, such as grating coconuts and helping organize ingredients, allowing them to appreciate the value of healthy and balanced meals. The celebration culminated with the serving and sharing of nutritious food among the learners, fostering not only healthy eating habits but also teamwork, volunteerism, and the spirit of bayanihan. Through these activities, Ilaya-Tayasan ES strengthened its commitment to promoting wellness and instilling lifelong healthy lifestyle practices among its learners and the entire school community.

Sa ngalan sa akong kauban sa buhat sa Ilaya-Tayasan Elementary School, maintainon kaming nagpasalamat ngadto sa mga ginikanan, mga barangay officials nga nagahatag ug oras sa pagpanglimpyo sa atong tunghaan nga mahimong andam sa umaabot nga tingklase. Kabahin kamo sa kalambuan sa atong tunghaan.Sa mga konsehal pinanguluhan sa atong pinangga nga kapitana nga na assign sa matag sitios ug mao mismo nag check sa attendance sa mga ginikanan nga ga dagyaw, saludo kami sa inyo.
