It’s time to swap unhealthy choices for nourishing meals—fresh fruits, green vegetables, and balanced food that gives you real energy, not just a quick rush. Good nutrition doesn’t just keep you fit; it helps you stay focused in class, keeps your immune system strong, and gives you the power to chase your dreams. And as YES-O, we know that healthy food also means caring for our planet—eating fresh, local, and sustainable is good for you and good for Earth! 🌍🌿

Ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo, hindi lamang tayo nagdiriwang ng isang holiday. Ito ang araw na ginugunita natin ang makasaysayang pagpapahayag ng kalayaan ng Pilipinas at ang unang pagwawagayway ng ating watawat. 🇵🇭 Isang araw na sumisimbolo ng katapangan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan. ❤️

Ang kalayaang tinatamasa natin ngayon ay bunga ng sakripisyo, tapang, at pagmamahal ng ating mga bayani sa bansa. Isipin mo, kung hindi dahil sa kanilang paglaban para sa ating bayan, maaaring wala tayong kalayaang tinatamasa ngayon. ✨ Dahil sa kanila, malaya nating naipapahayag ang ating sarili at naipagmamalaki ang ating pagiging Pilipino. 🇵🇭

Bilang kabataan, tayo ang magpapatuloy sa kanilang nasimulan. Hindi man tayo humawak ng armas tulad nila, maaari nating ipakita ang ating pagmamahal sa bayan sa pamamagitan ng pagiging mabuting mamamayan, paggalang sa kapwa, pagtulong sa komunidad, at pangangalaga sa kalikasan. 🌱

Hindi kailangang gumawa ng napakalaking bagay upang maging bayani. Sa bawat mabuting gawa, sa bawat pagpapakita ng malasakit, at sa bawat pagmamahal sa ating bansa, naipagpapatuloy natin ang tunay na diwa ng kabayanihan. ❤️
