We’re so proud of how Austin is growing and learning! During his session, he was able to follow Teacher Aly’s instructions while doing a dot-marking activity—and even more impressively, he was able to independently accomplish the activity!

According to his mom, Austin is also regularly exposed to doing different activities at home. Truly, learning and doing meaningful activities don’t only happen inside a learning center—they can happen at home, too!

Simple activities at home can help children build focus, independence, confidence, and familiarity with following instructions. 💛

From being hesitant at first to confidently joining activities, following instructions, and engaging with their teacher—every little step is a big milestone.

During their 1-on-1 activity with Teacher Aly, each learner patiently followed instructions and successfully accomplished the task with gentle guidance and assistance. 🥰

At Canvas Events and Learning Center-Play & Learn Hub, we believe that learning happens best when children feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Through play-based activities and individualized attention, we help our learners build not only skills, but also confidence and independence.

Our Playcare learners had an ocean of fun as they explored our Ocean Animals theme!

They happily sang and danced along to everyone’s favorite “Baby Shark” while discovering different animals that live in the ocean.

We also went on a letter adventure with Letter Ff!
Using familiar words like fish, frog, and fly, our learners practiced recognizing the sound of /f/ and even formed the letter F using Doodle Sponge.

Learning is always more fun when little hands, little voices, and big imaginations come together! 💛

Our learners had so much fun with our Jungle Theme.

They practiced forming the letter S using our fun doodle sponge activity—turning learning into a sensory and creative experience!

They also tried peeling bananas all by themselves, building practical life skills and independence. And of course… the best part was getting to eat and enjoy their yummy bananas!😋🍌

It’s a rainy Saturday at the jungle. Our learners Ria and Ali, our resident Hubmates, and Brylle, who lives nearby the learning center, had a wonderful time discovering the jungle! 🌴🐯🦒

Today, they:
Met and learned about different jungle animals,
Traced the letter S using our fun Doodle Sponge activity,
Practiced their practical skills through peeling, cutting,
and enjoyed a little cooking activity - learning while having fun!

From our little corner of the neighborhood to the wonderful world of the jungle, every Saturday is another adventure! 🌿✨
