As future culture and art educators, we celebrate not only our country's independence but also the rich cultural heritage, traditions and forms of expression which continue to define who we are as Filipinos. This celebration should remind us to be guided by the spirit of patriotism, unity and service in order to promote and preserve it for future generations.
