Sa bawat pagpupugay, ipinapakita natin ang ating pagmamahal sa bayan, disiplina, pagkakaisa, at dangal bilang mga Pilipino. Isang mapagpalang at makabuluhang linggo sa ating lahat!

𝗔𝘆𝗼𝘀 𝗸𝗮 𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗚?

Scouts, hindi lang dapat Laging Handa sa adventure. Dapat handa rin ang ating mga lungs. August is ! Kaya this month, let’s make healthier choices and give our lungs the care they deserve.

Easy ways to keep your lungs healthy:

- No to smoking and va**ng. Kung gumagamit ka, maybe this is your sign to
- Mask up when needed. Lalo na sa mausok, maalikabok, o polluted na lugar.
- Iwas sa usok at polusyon. Choose cleaner air whenever you can.
- Stay active and keep moving. Hike, play, walk, run, or simply enjoy being outdoors!
- Bring your friends along. Good habits are better when we look out for each other.

Dahil ang pagiging Laging Handa ay hindi lang tungkol sa pagiging ready sa next adventure. Kasama rin dito ang paggawa ng choices na makabubuti sa ating katawan.

Ayos ka lung? Make sure your lungs are, too.
