This is to formally inform everyone regarding the proposed Socialization Night 2026 organized by the College of Education Student Council.
After careful deliberation and consultation with the Office of the Dean, we regret to announce that the said event wonโt be push though as scheduled.
This decision was made with thoughtful consideration of the Deanโs guidance, particularly emphasizing the importance of providing a safe and secure environment, as well as ensuring inclusivity and meaningful participation for all students. It is recognized that, in its current form, the event may not yet fully guarantee a safe environment for everyone, nor adequately accommodate the diverse circumstances and needs of the entire student body. Additionally, participation would be limited only to students who are willing and financially able to join. This setup excludes other students and does not meet the standard for inclusivity. In line with this, the Dean highlighted the need to ensure that the event is fully inclusive and accessible, allowing all students to participate equally. While we understand that this event was highly anticipated, we believe that this decision is in the best interest of everyone.
The College of Education Student Council remains committed to prioritizing the welfare and well-being of the student body. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. Rest assured that we will continue to plan and organize meaningful and inclusive activities that are accessible, safe, and beneficial for all students.
Thank you for your understanding, Ka-Eduk!

Once a Dean of the College of Education, now carrying a vision for all. Your journey, from Dean of the College of Education, to Vice President on Academic Affairs, and now as the President of Tarlac State University is nothing short of inspiring.
The entire College of Education proudly celebrates this moment with you. We honor you not only for your achievements, but for the genuine care and dedication you have consistently shown to your students and the whole academic community. You have always been more than a leader, you have been a mentor, a guiding presence, and a source of strength for many.
You were a Dean who never failed to stand beside your students, always listening, supporting, and believing in our potential. And now, as President, we know that same heart will continue to lead with purpose and compassion.
It was once said that you carried two heartsโone as the Dean of the College of Education, and another as the Vice President on Academic Affairsโboth inspiring and serving your community through better and worse. But today, you carry a third heartโthat of a University Presidentโbeating even stronger for the future of Tarlac State University.
This new chapter is truly well-deserved. Your leadership, humility, and commitment have brought you here.
Congratulations once again, Dr. Mendoza. The College of Education is proud of you, and we will aways stand with you.
