Students:

• Reinforce rhythm and timing 🎼
• Apply what you learned in class

Parents:
Your support at home makes all the difference! 🌷
• Encourage short, daily practice (5–10 minutes)
• Celebrate small wins and milestones
• Check-in gently: ask which part of the song they enjoyed or struggled with

When students practice a little every day, lessons become more effective, and progress comes faster. It’s a team effort — teacher + student + parent 💛

In this session, we celebrated some wins and practiced new pieces:

🎶 Mastered: “Rock On” – Naya played this confidently!
🎶 In Progress: “Ode to Joy” – still practicing, building rhythm and coordination
🎶 Fun Moment: A quick run of “Chopsticks” just for joy!
🎶 Other pieces: “Oh When the Saints” (not captured on video)

It’s wonderful to see her confidence grow while mastering familiar pieces and exploring new ones 🌷

This session, we worked on:
🎼 Guide notes: F, C, E
🎼 Intervals: seconds (line–space, space–line)
🔁 Repeat sign

She applied these concepts in her lesson piece and enjoyed a run-through of Free Time Piano Hymns 🎶 (one piece captured on video).

We’re now working on Level 1 – PlayTime Piano Hymns 🎶👏

She’s also learning to play the Disney favorite “Reflection” from Mulan 💛

Every small step makes big improvements over time 🌷
