Please be informed that due to the announced nationwide transport strike on March 26–27, 2026, all onsite and face-to-face classes will shift to flexible learning modalities.

This is in consideration of possible disruptions in transportation and is implemented to ensure the safety, accessibility, and continuity of learning for all students.

The Office of Management Information Systems (OMIS) is scheduled to conduct a system/server update and network shutdown on April 2, 2026 (9:00 AM) to April 6, 2026 (11:00 PM) as part of their annual maintenance protocols.

During this period, all information systems, online services, and internet connectivity will be unavailable. However, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and other 365 applications) will remain accessible despite the scheduled update and shutdown.

Availability of information systems and online services will resume on April 7, 2026 (Tuesday).

Through the recommendation of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos and by virtue of Republic Act No. 9177, the Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan) on March 20, 2026 (Friday) is declared a regular holiday throughout the country to allow the entire nation to join our Muslim brothers and sisters in observing the celebration.

There will be no classes, examinations, or office work on March 20 in line with the holiday. Classes will resume on March 21, and exam schedules will be adjusted accordingly, which will be announced through the colleges.

Meanwhile, office hours from March 17-19 will be from 7:00 AM to 6:40 PM. Clients with transactions at the Cashiering Unit are advised to arrive one hour before the closing of offices.
