‎Students from the Tarlac State University College of Computer Studies earned third place in the Intellectual Property Quiz Bee held on April 28, 2026, at the CFTR AVR, Lucinda Campus.

‎The team consists of Allen Ferdinald Torres, Jose Ishmael R. Lapus, and Reena Angela F. Golingan from BSCS 3B and competed under the group name “ctrl+AIR.”, demonstrating strong knowledge of intellectual property concepts and prevailed among several competing groups.
‎
‎The event, organized by the university’s Office of Innovation and Business Development, gathered participants from different colleges. The team’s finish reflects the College of Computer Studies continued focus on academic excellence and industry-relevant knowledge.
