VALIDATION OF STUDENTS

The Office of Management Information Systems informs all enrollees that the validation of enrollment of undergraduate students will be conducted throughout the weekend (January 17-18, 2026).

In this regard, the official list of enrolled students will be available to faculty members on Monday, January 19, 2026.

Moreover, students can also view their Certificate of Registration (COR) starting on Monday through the student portal.

TSU CAE applicants are reminded of the following:

◾ All applications that have been evaluated and are for compliance or resubmission must be submitted on or before February 15, 2026 only.
◾ Regularly check the TSU-CAE Portal (https://cat.tsu.edu.ph) and registered email address to monitor the application status and download the confirmation stub for the admission test details.
◾ If the application has been successfully submitted on or before December 31, 2025 but have not yet received a confirmation stub, the application is still under review and verification.

In accordance with the new memorandum released by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, please be advised of the adjustments to the enrollment schedule for the upcoming semester:

🕗 Enrollment begins at 8:00 AM and will run until 5:00 PM.

• Opt-Out students must bring their accomplished waivers.

Two more days before the TSU CAE online application for incoming first-year college students closes.

Once you have completed and submitted your application via https://cat.tsu.edu.ph on or before December 31, 2025, 6:00 PM, there's no need to panic if you have not yet received an immediate response from the TSU Testing, Evaluation, and Measurement Services Unit.

These applications are carefully reviewed by the designated staff, and the review process will resume on the next working day of all government offices nationwide. For TSU, this will be on January 6, 2026.

SUBMISSION OF TSU CAE APPLICATION DURING HOLIDAYS

TSU CAE applicants may still submit their online applications during regular and special non-working holidays. However, please note that the processing and accommodation of inquiries through emails will be done during official working days.

Tarlac State University observes a four-day work scheme from Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Heads up, aspiring TSU-CAE applicants! 🦊

The online application for the TSU College Admission Evaluation (TSU-CAE) for the academic year 2026-2027 will commence on December 1, 2025 (Monday).

Applicants should attach all the needed requirements through https://cat.tsu.edu.ph every Monday to Friday, including holidays, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

WHO CAN APPLY?
▪️ Currently enrolled Grade 12 students
▪️ SHS graduates (2018-2025) who have not yet enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in any college/university
▪️ Non-SHS graduates (old curriculum) who have not yet enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in any college/university
▪️ ALS graduates

Application will be closed by December 31, 2025.

Moreover, the college admission test will be held from January 21, 2026 to March 27, 2026.

CLASS SUSPENSION (NOVEMBER 10-11, 2025)

Following the issuance of the national government through Memorandum Circular No. 106, classes at all levels in TSU are suspended from November 10-11, 2025 in line with the effects and aftermath of Super Typhoon Uwan.

Kindly wait for further announcements regarding the implementation of OVPAA Memorandum No. 86 or the conduct of flexible learning modalities for November 12, 2025.

Meanwhile, given the suspension of work in government offices on November 10, offices at TSU will be operational from November 11 to 14, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

ADVISORY NO. 32
OCTOBER 31, 2025 AS SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 727 of the Malacañang Palace, October 31, 2025 (Friday), or the All Saints' Day Eve, is declared as an additional special non-working day throughout the entire country to give the Filipino people enough time to be with their families during the commemoration of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day.

In this regard, there will be no office work and classes at Tarlac State University from October 31 to November 2, 2025.

Classes will resume on November 3 (Monday), while office operations will be available starting November 4 (Tuesday).
