The Tarlac state University - Federation of Red Cross Youth , being a humanitarian and volunteerism organization of TSU, the Federation Officers with the support of its College Council Officers will be conducting a Blood Letting Activity on September 19,2019 from 8:30am to 3:30pm Gymnasium.

This Activity is in coordination with The Knights of Columbus St. Matthew Council 12051 and the Philippines Red Cross , Tarlac Chapter . The purpose of this event is to seek Blood Donors from our clienteles/students as part of its drive to support the blood bank/supply if the Red Cross especially in this time where sickness is an outbreak because of rainy season.

Steps :

• request must be 2WEEKS before the activity.

• Accomplish the First Aid Request Form available -FRCYC office or download the file .com/TSUFRCYC .

IN NEED OF BLOOD ?
Blood request assistance (Blood Card)

Steps :

• Blood request from the hospital (photocopy).

• Fill up the TSU-FRCYC clearance form.

Blood request if NO blood card available

Step 1 :
•Bring donor of any blood typefor replacement of the blood unit request.
NOTE : for urgent release pledge for donor and replace the blood unit within 3days.

Step 2 :
•Go directly to the Philippine Red Cross - Tarlac Chapter.
Blood service office accompanied by the donors .
(Located @ Capitol San Vicente Tarlac)

BLOOD UNITS ARE NOT FOR SALE !
1800 charge Fee for screening HIV , Siphills , etc.
