🩸 HIV UPDATE
Of the new cases, 1,104 or 24 percent of the patients have advanced HIV at the time of diagnosis.
The quarter average cases per day reached 51 cases, showing an 11% decrease compared to the same reporting period in 2025 with 57 cases per day.
Meanwhile, the average monthly reported cases for the same period reached 1,544, lower by 9% compared to 1,693 cases recorded in the same period in 2025.
📍 HIGHEST RECORDED HIV CASES BY REGION:
🔴 National Capital Region (NCR) — 989 cases
🟠 CALABARZON — 808 cases
🟡 Central Luzon — 551 cases
🟢 SOCCSKSARGEN — 277 cases
🔵 Davao Region — 263 cases
