This milestone is a testament to years of dedication, continuous learning, and unwavering commitment to excellence in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET). I accept this responsibility with gratitude, knowing that it provides another opportunity to contribute to the development of highly skilled and globally competitive Filipino culinary professionals.
