• Accomplished "Application for Admission" Form
• Official Receipt of Entrance Exam Fee

All applications and requirements must be submitted to the Admission and Registration Office (ARO).

Applications will be accepted Mondays through Fridays starting January 24, 2024, to April 30, 2024, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm only.

Entrance Exam and Interview Schedule shall be on a first-come, first-served basis. So hurry, secure your slots now!

World Mental Health Month

• Promoting Mental Health Awareness at CLDHEI

At CLDHEI, we believe in fostering a safe and supportive environment for every student, and that includes taking care of our mental health. Mental Health is a vital part of our overall well-being, and just like physical health, it deserves attention and care.

• Why is Mental Health Important?

It’s essential to prioritize our mental well-being. By doing so, we can:

 Improve academic performance and focus
 Enhance relationships with peers and teachers
 Develop resilience to cope with life challenges
 Reduce the stigma surrounding mental health

• How Can We Promote Mental Health at CLDHEI?

1. Seek Help: Our Guidance Office is always here to provide support. Reach out if you’re feeling overwhelmed or need someone to talk to. Your feelings are valid.
2. Self- Care: Make self-care a daily routine. Take time for activities you enjoy, get enough sleep, and maintain a balanced diet.
3. Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness exercises to stay present and manage stress. We can provide resources for this.
4. Build a Support System: Connect with friends and trusted adults. Share your thoughts and feelings, and be there for others when they need you.
5. Break the Stigma: Talk openly about mental health. The more we discuss it, the more normalized seeking help becomes.

• Remember, you’re not alone. We are in this together, and your mental health matters. Reach out to the Guidance Office or a trusted adult if you ever need support
