𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐨, 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

The day began with the 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 of the Cadet Officers, led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐉 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋 𝟐𝐂𝐋 as the Color Commander of the day; following of singing of the Philippine National Anthem, led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐘 𝐏 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐏𝐈Ñ𝐀𝐒 𝟐𝐂𝐋.

After that, we begin this proceedings by seeking divine guidance and grace in a moment of reflection and prayer, led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐀 𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐎𝐑 𝟐𝐂𝐋.

We are honored to have 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐃. 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐑𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦, 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, deliver the opening address, setting a tone of discipline, excellence, and commitment for the journey ahead.

Marking a significant milestone in the development of future leaders, the 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 (𝐂𝐎𝐐𝐂) officially concluded with a formal closing ceremony and presentation of 𝟏𝟐 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝟒 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 COQC graduates. The ceremony was prestigiously led by 𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐒 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), our 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫, whose guidance and oversight throughout the course ensured the highest standards of military discipline and leadership excellence were met.

Following weeks of rigorous physical conditioning, academic instruction, and character-building exercises, the Cadet Officers’ Qualifying Course (COQC) 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 has officially reached its conclusion.

The closing ceremony was highlighted by the presence of our Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐌 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 of 𝟑𝟎𝟐ⁿᵈ 𝐂𝐃𝐂, whose leadership and dedicated service to the Philippine Army serve as a beacon of excellence for the aspiring corps.

The Donning of Ranks Ceremony serves as a formal recognition of the dedication, discipline, and exemplary leadership demonstrated by our newly promoted Cadet Officers. We are deeply honored to have 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 and 𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐑 lead the pinning of these hard-earned insignias.

In a powerful address to the corps, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒 emphasized that promotion is not merely a reward for past performance, but a solemn commitment to future responsibility. He challenged the newly pinned officers to lead with integrity, reminding them that “𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓, 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚.”

Om this day, the training commenced with standard drill practice, emphasizing foundational commands. Supervised by 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, the cadets exhibited proficiency in the 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐞, demonstrating the collective discipline necessary for unit cohesion.

After the drills, the instruction of 𝐌𝐚𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for cadets, under the expert guidance of 𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐒 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫, serves as a cornerstone of their tactical development and field proficiency. This comprehensive training equips future leaders with the essential skills to interpret topographical data, utilize compass techniques, and master terrain analysis.

By emphasizing the precision required to translate two-dimensional coordinates into successful three-dimensional movement, he ensures that each cadet fosters the spatial awareness and critical decision-making capabilities necessary for effective mission planning and operational success in diverse environments.
