Chef Joy will demonstrate how to make Tiramisu Cake and Meringue Kisses, while Chef Joan will showcase how to create her Little Mister Frosty Boots sugar figure.

French Macaron is a meringue type cookie which is famous for its delicate , dainty and sophisticated
taste . It has a crispy shell often in attractive pastel colors. Each bite reveals a chewy interior that easily melts in your mouth and ultimately satisfy your refined palate.
Chef Joann Lii is a young, vibrant and inspiring Chef from Tarlac City. She is a Culinary graduate of De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. It was during baking class that she discovered her passion for pastry arts, which led her to pursue further training. Had a string of hands-on experience in the hotel industry right after graduation.
In 2018, she found Dough and Batter. A homebased online store for baked products. To this young entrepreneur this is her playground where her talent and skill shines.
Chef Joann, feeling the need to further enhance her craft, enrolled and completed the Part-Time Pastry Arts program at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts in 2023.
The French Macaron of Dough and Batter is one of its best sellers for its delicate shell and chewy interior. And now, Chef Joann Lii is ready to share her knowledge and skill in creating the perfect French Macaron ❗Your perfect French Macaron❗
