𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: The Department of Education remains steadfast in its commitment to continuous improvement and governance excellence. Through the institutionalization of the DepEd Quality Management System (QMS) Manual and the Procedures and Work Instructions Manual (PAWIM), Tarlac City Schools Division establishes a robust framework for standardized, transparent, and efficient public service.

To ensure the seamless implementation and alignment of these standards within the Schools Division, we recognize the DepEd Regional Office III Technical Guidance Provider Composite Team (IQA Team and ROQMS Secretariat) for their invaluable guidance and expertise: Dr. Eva Imingan – Chief, FTAD, Dr. Edwin Marcos – Chief, QAD and QAD Education Program Supervisors: Dr. Anthony Dela Cruz, Dr. Zandra Paruginog, Dr. Ariel Culala.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀.

In compliance with the National Quality Management System framework, the Tarlac City Schools Division conducted the initial Presentation of Quality Control Plans and Functional Division Operations Manuals on June 09, 2026, at Sampaguita Hall.

The session aims to evaluate and solidify documented process flows and continuous improvement mechanisms across all Service Delivery Units and Functional Divisions.

With "Doc O" leadership, excellence always leads.

The DepEd-Tarlac City warmly congratulates our CID Chief, Robert E. Osongco EdD, one of the awardees of the Gawad Sulo ng Pamumuno by Kapisanan ng mga Filipinong Awtor at Manunulat sa Pilipinas, Inc. Essential guidelines are in place to support students through a strengthened Senior High School curriculum, enhanced feeding programs for health, and clear plans for emergency learning continuity. New standards for classroom assessment and lesson planning are also set to enrich the learning experience.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲.

From May 26-29, 2026, dedicated teachers and school heads gathered at the Tarlac Montessori School for the Division Training of Teachers on the Implementation of the Revised K to 12 Curriculum for Grades 6, 9, and 10. This four-day event empowered teachers to master the revised curriculum and plan more effective lessons to provide our students the high-quality education they deserve.
