The Tarlac City Schools Division, in strategic collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through its Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) Program, successfully conducted the Orientation and Contract Signing activity for the final batch of community beneficiaries across 13 participating schools on August 13, 2026, at the Bulwagan ng Tarlac City.

A total of 169 beneficiaries, selected directly from the host barangays where these educational institutions operate have been mobilized to support school maintenance and improvement.

The Schools Division Office of Tarlac City successfully convened institutional stakeholders for the Division Federation of Teachers' Association (DFTA) officer elections for School Year 2026โ€“2027.

Held on August 12, 2026, at the Sampaguita Hall, the proceedings brought together School PTA Presidents and Next-in-Rank representatives from 99 schools across the division. This assembly underscored a collective commitment to strengthening stakeholder engagement, advancing institutional objectives, and fostering academic excellence within our educational communities.

We extend our formal congratulations to the newly elected officers and express our gratitude to all participants for their active participation and dedication to public service.

In strategic partnership with EverFree Philippines Inc., 72 educators, primarily classroom teachers, joined by their School Principals and designated Guidance Counselors, successfully completed the Freedom Lifemap Training. Designed to strengthen frontline capacity, this intervention equips key academic personnel with evidence-informed, structured frameworks to navigate complex learner paths and facilitate sustained psycho-social support.

We extend our sincere commendation to the participating schools from the five pilot schools - Baras-Baras High School, CAT High School, San Manuel National High School, Sto. Cristo Integrated School, and Tibag High School for their commitment to institutionalizing student welfare.

The Cosmo P. Antonio Masonic Lodge No. 339, in partnership with Tarlac Kaunlaran Masonic Lodge No. 360 and Aguman Masonic Lodge No. 480 under the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines (Masonic District R-III Tarlac South), successfully conducted a Dental Care Mission on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Baras-Baras Elementary School, Tarlac City. As part of the outreach activity, 80 learners received free tooth extraction (bunot ng ngipin) services, promoting better oral health and supporting the well-being of the beneficiaries.
