The 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is pleased to announce the conclusion of its annual search for the most distinguished graduate-level research for AY 2025-2026, which was held on May 15, 2026 . Following a rigorous evaluation process, we are proud to recognize the scholars whose work has demonstrated exceptional academic rigor, methodological innovation, and significant contribution to their respective fields of study.

The selection of this year’s laureates follows an exhaustive period of deliberation, during which our review boards scrutinized a diverse array of submissions that reflect a profound commitment to the advancement of knowledge and the pursuit of evidence-based solutions to contemporary challenges. Did you know that Tarlac Agricultural University’s “Harvest Happiness Program” allows free vegetable picking every Friday — as long as fresh produce is available? 🥬🥕

Organized by the Department of Research and Development (DRD), this initiative welcomes TAU employees, students, and even visitors, with a special focus on reaching those in need. Beyond providing nutritious vegetables, the program champions environmental sustainability, food security, and community empowerment. 💚

By turning the university’s research outputs into real-world impact, the Harvest Happiness Program nurtures not only plants but also lives — promoting healthy living, sustainability, and generosity within and beyond the campus. 🌾✨

This program supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by contributing to several key areas. It advances SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) by ensuring access to nutritious, locally grown food for the community. It also promotes SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by encouraging healthy eating habits through the distribution of fresh produce. Moreover, it upholds SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) through the practice of sustainable and efficient farming methods that maximize resources while minimizing waste. Lastly, it aligns with SDG 13 (Climate Action) by advocating for eco-friendly agricultural practices that help protect and preserve the environment for future generations.
