Who Can Enroll Early
• Incoming Grade 7 learners
• Incoming Grade 11 learners
• ALS learners
• Balik Aral learners
( Grades 8–10 and Grade 12 are already pre-registered)
📄 Requirements
Bring the following:
• Birth Certificate
• Report Card (SF9)
• Good Moral Certificate
• Early Enrollment Form (provided by SMNHS)
👉 If Birth Certificate is not available, you may temporarily submit ONE of these:
• National ID or any government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Postal ID, etc.)
• Certificate of Live Birth (Local Civil Registry)
• Barangay Certification (with learner’s full details)
• Baptismal Certificate
👨‍👩‍👧 Important Reminder:
• Parents/guardians must accompany their children during enrollment.
• Bring your own ballpen.

In an atmosphere of prayer, silence, and reflection, we celebrated the 2026 Bible Month Celebration with the theme “God’s Word Brings LIFE—Love, Integrity, Faith, and Engagement—to our hearts and to our homes.” This meaningful celebration was made possible through the guidance and support of our Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao teachers—Ma’am Jenny Rose S. Santiago, Ma’am Fe B. Nagum, Ma’am Hasmine D. Mendoza, Ma’am Leizel Carbungco, Ma’am Bethsaida Gaerlan, and Sir Melvin Rondilla—together with the leadership of our School Principal, Dr. Hazel C. Millet.
Through the heartfelt sharing of Pastor Julio Lip and Pastor Japhet Lip, we were reminded that God’s Word is alive, active, and ever-present in our journey as individuals and as a community of believers.
