IPBT (Induction Program for Beginning Teachers) is a mandatory, comprehensive, multi-year professional development program for new teachers (0-3 years experience) to help them transition, develop essential skills (KSAVs), align with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST), and become effective educators in the public school system through modules, mentoring, coaching, and classroom support.
