📌Festival dances are performed to celebrate the lives of their Patron Saint and for a bountiful harvest or industry. ✨

2 Types of Festival Dance
1. Religious Festival - done in honor of a Patron Saint ⛪📿
2. Secular Festival - done in thanksgiving of a bountiful harvest 💐🎭

📌MASSKARA FESTIVAL - an annual festival in Bacolod literally translates to "many faces", and because of the sming faces of the mask, Bacolod City got the nickname of The City of Smiles. 🎭☺️
