The Philippine Taekwondo Association Promotion Exam, held earlier today at Waltermart Capas, Tarlac on July 21, 2024, was a resounding success. Conducted by the Tarlac Provincial Head Instructor, Sir Novem G. Pangilinan, the event brought together taekwondo students from across Tarlac Province who showcased their skills and dedication as they advanced to the higher belt levels.
