CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE AND COMMITMENT:
THE CRIMINOLOGY INTERNSHIP CULMINATION AND TESTIMONIAL PROGRAM 2026
With the theme “Bridging Theory and Practice: Cultivating Tomorrow's Crime Fighters”, today marked a momentous occasion for the CCDT-CCJEs Criminology Interns - Class 13-2026 Tanglaw-Lahi, as they culminated their internship journey with a heartfelt and inspiring event held at the CCDT Main Campus Ground, Bamban, Tarlac.
The Criminology Internship Culminating Ceremony and Testimonial Celebration of the New Criminologists 2026 served as a fitting tribute to the dedication, perseverance, and growth of the aspiring criminologists.
The event was graced by the esteemed Dr. Alfie P. Sarmiento, who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. His insightful address emphasized the importance of integrity, service, and continuous learning in the field of criminology. Dr. Sarmiento’s words resonated deeply with the attendees, inspiring the new criminologists to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
The program was made possible through the overwhelming support of the CCDT management, led by its dedicated School President, Atty. Maria Amalia T. Cayanan, and Vice President, Mr. Eugene Paul Cayanan. Their unwavering commitment, along with the support of Dean Rommel K. Manwong and the entire faculty and staff of the College of Criminal Justice Education, played a vital role in ensuring the success of this event. Their collective efforts and encouragement created a warm and motivating environment for the students and attendees.
Attended by a diverse array of partner agencies and public safety collaborators, the program fostered a sense of unity and shared purpose among the participants and stakeholders. Representatives from law enforcement, local government units, and community organizations joined in celebrating the achievements of the students and their invaluable contributions during their internship placements.

FROM CLASSROOM TO FIELD: CCDT Criminology Interns Display Skills in Community and Law Sectors
March 10, 2026 - Bamban, Tarlac - The CCJE Criminology Interns of the Centro Colegio De Tarlac (CCDT) are set to conclude their highly anticipated three-month internship program, which has featured a wide range of community and law enforcement activities.
Since January, the interns have gained valuable experience in the law enforcement sector, courts, prosecution, corporate security, and community engagement, laying a strong foundation for their future academic and professional pursuits.
As they approach the end of their internship, the interns will participate in a closing and turnover ceremony scheduled for April. This event will serve as a fitting culmination of their learning journey, providing a platform to showcase their skills and achievements, and to celebrate their dedication to the field of criminology.

CRIMINOLOGY, FORENSIC, AND ISM INTERN 2 (IMMERSION PHASE) DEPLOYMENT UPDATE
The CCDT College of Criminal Justice Education is proud to announce that our Criminology, Forensic Science, and Industrial Security Management Intern 2 (Immersion Phase) students have successfully completed their comprehensive briefing session with the Intern Director.
Following the regular Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and General Inspection, the Intern Director formally concluded the briefing, marking a significant milestone in their preparation for deployment.
Equipped with the necessary knowledge and readiness, these dedicated interns are now prepared for deployment to various key agencies and institutions. Beginning this week of January 2026, their assignments will include:
- Police and jail offices for law enforcement and detention duties
- The prosecution office for legal support and case management
- Court offices for judicial proceedings assistance
- The Bureau of Customs to support customs security operations
- Commercial establishments for corporate security functions
- The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for drug abuse prevention activities
This immersion phase underscores CCDT’s unwavering commitment to providing our future forensic and criminal justice professionals with invaluable hands-on experience. We are confident that their contributions will significantly enhance community safety and security.
