SUBJECT : COUNCIL MEMORANDUM ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL TRISKELION COMMUNITY CHAPTER.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF NON-CERTIFICATION The Tau Gamma Phi – Tarlac City Grand Council hereby declares that the so‑called “Certificate of Legitimacy” under the name of Benjhar “Bentot” Flores is not valid, not recognized, and not honored by this Council. The chapter indicated in the said certificate, the Triskelion Elders de Tarlac, Tarlac, has never been recognized nor accredited by the Tarlac City Grand Council.

For transparency, we are posting here both the official statement and the said certificate, to show clearly that such document holds no legitimacy or authority within the fraternity structure of Tau Gamma Phi in Tarlac City.
