The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) invites young Filipino artists, students and out-of-school youth aged 16 to 25, to take part in the Nationwide Digital Poster-Making Competition in celebration of the 2025 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week.
This competition transforms art into advocacy. Each digital poster becomes a statement of hope, health, and unityโan expression of how the youth can lead the movement toward a Bagong Pilipinas that chooses well-being over substance use, compassion over indifference, and creativity over apathy.

โข Orientation: Portrait (1080 x 1920 pixels, minimum 300 dpi)
โข Format: JPEG or PNG
โข Requirements:
o Short artistโs statement (maximum of 150 words)
o Valid ID (Student ID or any government-issued ID)

Originality is at the heart of this competition. Each artwork should reflect the artistโs own creativity and message. Wrapping up the three days school celebration of Drug Abuse Prevention and Control 2024, a symposium to Grade 10 students of Birbira High School was held promoting awareness on the consequences of addiction (substance abuse, gambling, etc.) and fostering personal accountability and responsibility for their health and offer avenues for self-reflection, goal-setting, and tracking progress toward a healthier lifestyle.
The symposium was graced with outstanding speakers who excelled in the medical field as pharmacists. Mr. Louisse Nikko Reyes together with his wife Jelliane Reyes, shared their valuable insights about the physical and psychological aspects of addiction. BKB Adviser, Mr. John Vincent Diaz then expounded on the social and spiritual aspects of addiction providing holistic health-based approach in drug abuse prevention and control.

It was a music-filled morning as the second day of rolls! Birbira High School students and teachers exhibit their musicality as cheers roar across the school!

This year's celebration is a testament of partnership and collaboration between students, teachers, and stakeholders. Valuable insight and support from Birbira High School's Principal IV, Dr. Ferdinand J. Gregorio, and Birbira High School's SSLG Adviser Mrs. Mary Joy G. Berdul made this event possible.
Spearheaded by BKB Officers, BKB Adviser, Mr. John Vincent S. Diaz together with the expertise of Mr. Agosto Bunsay, students enjoyed the wonderful display of talents and skills promoting healthy lifestyle through music!

Fostering a holistic approach towards a drug-free and vice-free lifestyle, Birbira High School - Barkada Kontra Bisyo organized poster-making and slogan-making contest that showcased the creativity and skills of Birbira High School students promoting healthy lifestyle through arts.

Birbira High School held a Mass Induction Program to honor and recognize the newly-elected officers of SPTA, different school organizations, learning area clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and classroom officers for the school year 2024-2025.
The program was graced with respected public servants from different levels of influence: the Municipal Mayor of Camiling, Hon. Erlon C. Agustin, Barangay Birbira officials, and Dr. Ferdinand J. Gregorio, Principal II of Birbira High School.
This showcased the strong partnership of stakeholders worth emulating for the newly elected officers.
