- As the formation year starts, the seminarians are gathered to bond together and reminisce about the memories of their summer apostolate. They shared their stories while sipping a cup of hot beverage. These moments of fellowship and sharing inspire us as we begin another year of formation and continue to answer God’s call.

Bags are packed and ready to go...

The silence is officially broken this June 15, 2026, as the seminarians return to the seminary with heavy suitcases and even heavier laundry bags. We are eager to unpack this new chapter of discernment, brotherhood, and late-night study sessions.

In ligth of this, keep us in your prayers for perseverance and wisdom as we begin another grace-filled year of formation. We are ready to grow together, fueled by your support and an alarming amount of coffee!

Another grace-filled year ahead: OLPCS Formators Retreat

The Team of Formators of Our Lady of Peace College Seminary recently spent a grace-filled days at St. Scholastica’s Retreat House in Tagaytay for their retreat and planning.

With Rev. Msgr. Jeremiah Ofo-ob as their retreat master, the team took this valuable time to pray, recalibrate, and align their goals for the seminary community.

We extend our gratitude to Msgr. Jem, and to everyone who accompanied our formators in prayer!

May our Mother, Lady of Peace be with us in this journey.

Libreng Bigas for Jeepney Drivers:

Following our hospital visit, the Association of Tarlac Seminarians extended its outreach activity into the streets of Tarlac City. We successfully organized a "Libreng Bigas" distribution to support our local public transport sector. This initiative was designed to provide practical relief to our hardworking jeepney drivers who serve the community daily.

The seminarians happily handed out the rice packs as a small token of appreciation for their tireless efforts. Through this simple act of kindness, we aim to uplift our local drivers and keep the spirit of bayanihan alive.

Gift Giving at Tarlac Provincial Hospital

The Association of Tarlac Seminarians recently visited the Tarlac Provincial Hospital for a meaningful gift-giving outreach activity. This special program allowed the seminarians to bring comfort, smiles, and hope directly to the patients. We extend our deepest gratitude to the dedicated hospital staff for their warm welcome and vital assistance throughout the day.

We are also thankful to Rev. Fr. Mark Ulysses Castro for guiding our seminarians and presiding over the holy mass. Through this event, we hope to have shared God’s healing love with our brothers and sisters in the hospital.

“Every lesson eventually becomes a part of you”

The recently concluded Summer Apostolate for FY 2025-2026 beautifully blended pastoral formation with the genuine joy of Christian service. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Paul Bernie Carreon, Rev. Fr. Ricardo Capinpin Jr., Rev. Fr. Estelito Gamboa, Rev. Fr. Robert Cabrera, and Rev. Fr. Raymund Cruz for guiding our seminarians through this enriching experience. These priests accompanied the brothers in their respective parish assignments, showing them that ministry is not just a duty, but a joyful privilege.

Under their mentorship, the seminarians learned to find happiness in everyday parish tasks. We also express our deepest thanks to the parishioners who shared this vibrant and joyful journey with our brothers. As this chapter ends, please keep praying that our seminarians carry this joy of service back into their ongoing seminary formation.
